My fiancé and I worked with Laura Ruppert I can't recommend Laura enough, especially as a first-time home buyer! In the beginning, Laura was really good about sending us listings, collecting feedback to figure out what exactly my fiancé and I were looking for, and then throughout the whole closing process she was incredible about walking us through every step of the process. She helped us negotiate concessions on behalf of the seller for various things, and my fiancé and I getting our dream home really wouldn't have been possible without her. I'm very grateful Laura is who we got to share our first-time home buying experience with, and I can't imagine having gone through it with anyone else!

Rachael is the one to find your dream home! We had a very specific home in mind that was also what a lot of others had in mind too. We were bidding with 15 others (including developers) on a handful of homes. She gave us advice on the bids that ended up getting us the house (base bid was the same) without any extra money out of pocket. And she was very good about setting expectations on market conditions through through the entire process. She’s also a go-getter which I appreciate in a realtor, especially in a competitive market.

Realtor? Or HOUSING WIZARD?! In all of my house shopping days I've never had a relator quite like Rachael. She was extremely attentive to my desires in a house and knew exactly where to look. I have no idea how she did, but I would spend days researching an area of town driving all around, thinking I knew all of the houses for sale on this block or that... Then, after being somewhat underwhelmed with my findings she would show me a house that I'd somehow missed that hit the marks of what I wanted... A true "blue ribbon truffle pig" of houses if I've ever seen one. The other amazing thing is that Rachael was able to learn more and more specifically about the type of house that I wanted. Each time I went to a showing the houses would get more appealing (you know, sort of like the Spotify algorithm). In the end she was able to help me negotiate a house under the sellers asking price and guide me through all of the crazy chaos that goes with buying a house (unlike me, she acted absolutely nothing like a chicken who's head had been cut off. Super calm and collected.... Like Clint Eastwood in a shootout). All that said... If you're asking yourself, "Should I use Rachael Hartzog as my realtor?" You should also ask yourself "if I ever see a unicorn should I try to pet it? Or at least snap a selfie with it for 'the Gram'?"...

Amber helped me back in June to find a rental because we moved from Phoenix. Then she helped me and my daughter both find houses! She was so patient and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone moving to Houston!

I used Catherine Sdao from Norhill Realty to purchase my house in Cypress while I lived in another state. She was amazing, super patient, helped guide me every step of the way and answered all my questions, and probably showed me a trillion houses until I found the one I loved and she made it happen for me.
